InStep is Infosys’ flagship global internship programme, attracting students from leading academic institutions around the world. The programme seeks to attract students from diverse disciplines, including management, technology, and liberal arts, to work on cutting-edge research projects.

InStep has attracted interns from 45 countries from over 100 different universities across the world, including the University of Cambridge. InStep alumni now number approximately 1250.
